What is included
- The consultation and any examination the doctor needs to make
- Private prescriptions written during the appointment (the pharmacy charges for the medicine)
- Referral letters to specialists, imaging and diagnostics
- Fit notes and simple medical letters requested at the appointment
- A written summary to your NHS GP, with your consent
- An itemised invoice for insurance claims
Laboratory tests, vaccines and out-of-hours home visits are charged at the rates shown. Anything not listed is quoted before it is done.

No. You pay for the appointment or test you book, and nothing else. There is no joining fee and no subscription.
At the appointment, by card or cash. Nothing is charged when you book online. We provide an itemised invoice for every appointment.
Many private medical insurance policies reimburse GP fees. Check your policy first; we provide the itemised invoice and any referral letter your claim needs.
The consultation, examination, any prescription written during it (the pharmacy charges separately for the medicine), referral letters, and a summary to your NHS GP with your consent. Laboratory tests are charged separately.
Cancel or move an appointment free of charge with 24 hours' notice. Later than that, or if you do not attend, the appointment fee may be charged.
